Salim is originally from Beirut, Lebanon. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Florida in Gainesville, followed by a master’s degree in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida. Salim always loved learning about science in school and wanted to have a career where he could directly help people.As a neurosurgery physician assistant, Salim enjoys working in the operating room assisting in spine and cranial surgeries. He is passionate about whole-person care medicine.“I work to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals in our community.”When he is not at work, Salim enjoys hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding and exploring Grand Junction.
