Raised on the western front in Fruita, Colorado, Tasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Christian University in Grand Junction. She spent a decade working as a nurse for St. Mary’s Medical Center. During this time, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner at Carson Newman University. Tasha loves working with patients of all ages but has a soft spot for pediatrics and women’s health.“There are a few things I feel like my future patients should know about me before I assume their care. I am assertive yet still compassionate. I am committed to giving the best advice and care to my patients while at the same time being compassionate and understanding of each person's individual story and needs. I have always been ambitious and do not give up. Regardless of the size of the mountain, we will conquer it together.”Tasha comes from a close-knit family still living on the western slope and is proud to raise her three children in the same area she grew up in. When not working, Tasha enjoys being outside and, on the water, whether it’s the lake, a river, or the ocean; she loves being around water. Tasha is always ready for an adventure.
